<p>First step to build a mashup is to register application on API Center, and get Application Key(AK).</p>

<li> First, go to <a href="https://api.openmaru.com/" title="http://api.openmaru.com" class="external">https://api.openmaru.com</a> , sign in, and then click <strong>'Application Key Management</strong>' on the right side of the page.</li>

<p>2. List of applications you have registered is displayed under “My applications”. Click “<strong>Create New Mashup</strong>”</p>

<p>3. "How to obtain User Key" is related to mashup. For web application mashups, it is better to select “openID protocol”.</p>
<p style="MARGIN-LEFT: 1em">Hostname must be exact if you have chosen “openID protocol”. Agree on Terms of Use, and click “Register” to finish registration. (Note : Fields with (*) must be filled.)</p>

<p>4. After you finish registration, you will return to “My applications”, and you will see a brief information on application you just registered. A hexadecimal string in "Application Key" field is the key you need. Copy the key for further use.</p>
